Property Rental Rates / Terms - 2008
We require a 25% non refunable deposit to secure a booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A €500
(or GBP equivalent) security bond is also taken which is returnable within 2 weeks of leaving the property once its has been inspected by our agaent.
Discounted rates are offered for rentals of more than 1 week. Preferable rates are also offered for late bookings and repeat bookings.
Keys are collected via our agent who will contact you with directions and instructions shortly before you go to Casa La Cala.
Bookings are from Saturday pm to Saturday am. Some flexibility can be offered depending on time of year.
